Open Question: 200 dollar treasure hunt?

Ok, i am building a new computer on a pretty pathetic $200 budget, i am going to reuse the power supply, hard drive, and cd drive from my dell dimension 8400, and the windows xp in the hard drive. SO now i need to find a processor, motherboard, 2gb ram, and a case for 200 or less. i am only building this to play Starcraft 2 on medium settings, and please include any suggestions for a video card around 50. amd or intel is fine, i just need something decent and a quality motherboard (im fine with micro atx) the only rule is no sempron or celeron. im cheap, but not that cheap. thanks in advance :P...
